Platform Engineer (Cloud, Azure)
Location: Remote (Occasional Day Onsite in Skipton
Salary: £700
INSIDE IR35 Project Duration – 6 Months + Extension

My client is looking for an experienced Platform Engineer to join an existing project of work supporting the delivery of platform services to their banking client.
You will be Involved in working with a Scrum team supporting the migration of on prem Systems, VMs and Databases to the Azure platform.

- Expert knowledge of Azure
- Bicep (or any experience with ARM or terraform)
- Azure DevOps (or just plenty of experience with building out pipelines)
- Comfortable with Azure networking - firewalls/app gws
- Personable/team player/relationship building
- Migration of VMs/applications to Azure
- Experience with Windows Servers
- Automating image builds (packer/ azure image builder)
