My client is recruiting for a Project Test Lead to join the team and help drive their testing department to by pricing good leadership and ensuring projects are completed within tight deadlines.

My Client is a global enterprise company operating in the Online Entertainment Industry and they offer a clear path for progression as the average scope for progression in the company is approximately 2 years.

Key skills for this role/Project Test Team Lead

A technical background in software testing
strong team and project lead experience and software testing experience (at least 3+ years of experience)
Commercial experience in leading large projects.

In this role you will be managing a variety of different projects covering the whole SDLC managing different projects in different environments/methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, Kanban, Scrum, etc. This role is 100% a hands-off managerial role and you will be driving test teams ensuring that deadlines are hit.

Role:      Project Test Lead
Location:           Manchester ( 2 to 3 days a week on-site)
Salary:              £50K + £5k car allowance (or cash) + up to 30% in bonuses. (15% standard bonus, up to 15% for going above and beyond
Duration:           Permanent
