My client
My client is moving to use SuccessFactors as their applicant tracking mechanism and the new Manager is looking to urgently source a consultant to support them with the deployment and migration of this.
Essential skills
We’re looking for someone with experience in HRIS/SuccessFactors implementations across large organizations, who has a technical bend but also is focused on the employee experience and can help us leverage the new system to maximize automation, etc. HR Transformation and Change, analytics, relationship management etc.
