My client
My client is a massive broadcasting house and a household name. They are looking for a Service Design and Transition Manager to work on a project in the HR Business Systems service design/transition space on a project of approximately 6 – 8 weeks.
Essential skills
Although you would be guided by the experienced SD/T manager you would need to hit the ground running, so ideally someone with good experience in the domain.
The Service Design and Transition Manager will work with the project implementation team to build a support wrack and construct the product ready for release to the broader business.
Skills/experience:
- Experience within IT service management and design of HR systems (Experience with HR systems is essential. Recruitment and onboarding system specific experience is desirable)
- Stakeholder management and liaison to gather and understand requirements
- Experience or understanding SLAs/contractual agreements
- ITIL desirable
