My clients Transformation team are currently putting together a team of consultants to work alongside the permanent team while the organisation goes through a peak phase of process change across a large-scale portfolio.
The consultants will work on people sensitive and confidential areas of the business.
Necessary skills and experience:
- Demonstrable experience in transforming business process architecture for a complex environment
- Successfully designing business architecture that has realised quantifiable benefits
- Desirable: business process architecture in media environment
- Ability to analyse and simplify complex business environments
- Excellent communication skills, written and presented
- Stakeholder engagement expertise
- Process architecture design
- Expert business process analysis and modelling
